This Agreement is between Shooters Touch LLC and _______________________________ (hereafter “Artist”), who is being serviced as a client of Shooters Touch LLC.

Services: Shooters Touch LLC shall perform services as a cinematographer in connection with the visual production produced, arranged or which the cinematographer engaged during the term which are set forth in the rollout section.
Term: This agreement shall be in full force and effort from the date above until services are rendered and final projects are delivered to the customer. You will have ___ months to film ___ visuals. The Artist can film a maximum of 2 visuals per month. If there is more than one visual filmed, it can be used towards the contract agreement or it will be a visual that is outside of the contract that is discounted at 30% off. If the Artist does not complete the full amount of visuals within the term, the agreement will be considered expired. VISUALS CANNOT BE DISPENSED TO PARTIES OUTSIDE OF THE CONTRACT, NO EXCEPTIONS. If a safety issue takes place, the company will ask for the reimbursement of damaged or lost equipment, if applied to the situation.
Fee: Fee of this project is non-negotiable. To have received this contract agreement, the customer had to previously make a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure his or her agreement (see the last page for payment plans). The remaining balance and any additional fees must be paid at the time of booking, NO EXCEPTIONS. The Artist is responsible for paying any additional fees (i.e all props, location expenses, parking, entry fees, etc). For any circumstances of travel outside of Cleveland, Ohio the Artist is responsible for all necessary expenses (i.e transportation, shelter, etc.) If there are any changes in location or time, it may result in a cancelation or an inconvenience fee.
Scheduling: The above scheduled timing of this project will be strictly enforced. If there are any changes to the date, time or location the Artist may be required to pay up to a $50 fee. A fee of $30 will be charged to the Artist if the time of arrival is later than the scheduled time. If the Artist arrived later than the allotted 15 minute grace period the late fee will be $30. If the Artist arrives 30 minutes later than the scheduled time, the Artist will be required to reschedule. If Shooters Touch LLC arrives at the scheduled location and the Artist reschedules, there will be a fee of $150. No exceptions will be allowed. If late arrival to the set causes conflict with the following locations, the Artist agrees to pay late fees to following venues if they are pay-for-time agreed venue. Shooters Touch LLC ask that all people needed for each scene stay on set until the scene is completed to ensure completion.
Communication: Shooters Touch LLC requests to only keep contact with one person only which shall be the management of the Artist or the contract signer only. This is to keep communication confusion to a minimum. All communication is asked to be either via direct message on social media, email, or business number. Shooters Touch LLC asks for a 24 hour response dedication to answer all questions and concerns. Inquiry about the final project should not begin before the minimum turnaround date, as well as should remain during business hours (7am - 7am). Excessive contact will result in no communication until the final project is completed.
Video Approval: Shooters Touch LLC will complete the final project and deliver to the client for reviewing purposes before official release. Average turnaround time for a project is one to two (1-2) weeks. Only one (1) revision will be allowed per customer on a single project. No person(s) except for Shooters Touch LLC is allowed to alter any portion of the visuals production. Any unlawful use of Shooters Touch LLC production will be requested for immediate removal before further actions.
Delivery of Product: Shooters Touch LLC will deliver the final project via www.dropbox.com or Google Drive . We will only deliver this project to the individual that is signing the contract and not responsible if the project is not downloaded in the time period allotted by www.dropbox.com or Google Drive before they erase the files. Other arrangements can be arranged per request.
Media Placement: Shooters Touch LLC is not required to place any final projects on its social media sites nor website. Shooters Touch LLC is also not responsible for uploading the final project to the customer’s social media networks nor Youtube. If for any reason the final project is removed due to copyright regulations governed by any website, Shooters Touch LLC will not be held accountable for these actions or consequences to follow. If the contracted project is placed on any social media sites, websites or promotional DVD’s, then Shooters Touch LLC demand to be listed for their credits as Director & Editor with their contact information.
Cancellation: Shooters Touch LLC asks for a 48 hour NOTICE BEFORE CANCELLATION. Artist automatically forfeits his or her deposit once a cancellation is requested, but the Artist can pay a $75 rescheduling fee up to 48 hours. Within 48 hours, the Artist will have to pay a $100 rescheduling fee. If the Artist reschedules on the same day of the shoot, the Artist will have to pay $125. If the company arrives at the scheduled location, the Artist will have to pay a $150 rescheduling fee. If the Artist does not contact for rescheduling or provide any communication, this will be considered a No call/No show and the Artist will be required to pay a $200 fee to reschedule, if the company accepts. Shooters Touch LLC is not required to reschedule an alternate date different from the original date. Any rescheduling fee MUST BE PAID THE DAY YOU REQUEST TO CANCEL. If the fee is not paid the day of requested, the Artist will have the option to pay a $200 fee IF THE COMPANY ACCEPTS. All visuals are weather permitting. If the Artist is unable to shoot due to the weather, the visual will be rescheduled for no additional fee.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. No payments will be refunded unless there are complications that result in Shooters Touch LLC error. Under the circumstances that a refund is required, the refund will be half of the final payment. Reproduction of the project can be discussed.
Termination: Termination of this contract may take place with 3-5 cancelations, depending on the circumstances. For instance, 3 same day cancelations will result in termination. If at any moment this agreement is breached, termination/legal action will be taken.
Behavior: Inappropriate behavior will not stand, proper business MUST be conducted AT ALL TIMES. If this is not followed the Artist will automatically forfeit the visual and the company will depart from the location immediately.
